Come join us in Hong Kong for a panel discussion about Intellectual Property protection practices in China in 2018.

Find out what works and what doesn't in protecting your IP in China, and how it's different from western countries. Our expert panelists will share real-life stories to illustrate these differences and help ease our fears of IP in China.

ABOUT THE PANELISTS:
Panelist #1: Anton Blijlevens - Lecturer at World Intellectual Property Office and Partner at AJ Park
Anton has been working at AJ Park, an IP firm, for over 24 years. He is also a lecturer at patent drafting courses that the World IP Office (WIPO) run in Asia. He works with clients in the marine industry, combustion engine designers, packaging designers and manufacturers, startups, and more. He looks after their IP protection, commercialisation, IP strategy, and due diligence work.

Panelist #2: Nikki Kahn - IP Manager & In House Counsel at ZURU Group
As IP manager for ZURU group, she strategises and executes on obtaining IP protection, enforcing IP rights and commercialising the company's IP assets. She is a registered solicitor, patent attorney and intellectual property specialist with a background in mechanical engineering. She has worked with businesses in a range of technology fields including manufacturing, process engineering, packaging, engine and vehicle design, and more.

Moderator: Nick Dimitrijevic - Founder at innovate SHENZHEN
Nick has been consulting foreign companies on product development and manufacturing in China. He is experienced at building partnerships, new services, and new business channels and planning and organizing educational factory tours around Shenzhen to help newcomers have a soft landing to China.
